Collectively, we provide almost 100 years of coffee knowledge and experience, with our head roaster having roasted 20 years and at one point was Australia’s most awarded roaster of the year before retiring from competition when due to his accolades, was asked to judge. We have barista trainers who were state champions in the World Barista Championships multiple years running and have account managers who have also competed at a national level of the WBC and have owned many successful cafes. We are people who understand what it takes and what tools and guidance you may need to succeed in this exciting industry- which can be very rewarding when the right tools and training are acquired or in our case, provided.
Our profiling system on our state of the art Brambati roaster is world class and we need it to be, for you and for your customers. We use only specialty graded green beans and we roast them for espresso with our target market being the everyday consumer who loves a smooth coffee which is rich and bold in flavour. Our cutting edge equipment allows us to give you exactly the same coffee you want, week in, week out.
