Regal Coffee Roasters are the new kids on the block in the Melbourne coffee scene and are a collaboration of roasters, cafe owners and baristas who have come together to provide and roast specialty coffee that’s unpretentious and accessible to the general public. More than that, it’s financially viable in a business environment and is appealing to the everyday coffee drinkers who want to drink and enjoy a delicious chocolatey coffee that they don’t have to have a science degree to be able to interpret! Yay!

Don’t get us wrong, we can geek it out as far as coffee goes and could easily sit here and speak about the soluble yield in an espresso shot or various other brewing methods, or we could talk about the different coffee plant varieties and the typical varietals that each variety possess when planted in different soils and at different altitudes but geez, at the end of the day what most people want is a ridiculously delicious coffee that they can enjoy knowing it’s been ethically sourced and is sustainable. They just want to enjoy their coffee and know that they are doing the world good by drinking it, true?
